Scotland is known the world over for its fine whiskey (I prefer a nicely aged single malt, myself, with just a splash of water) and it is somewhat less widely reknown for its interesting food known as "haggis." In Edinburgh (that's pronounced "Eddin-bur-r-r-ah") you can find both repasts happily coexisting in a single establishment.

Edinburgh, one of my favorite cities! (And, yes, I do eat the haggis… occasionally!)
