A Faceless Shack

Faceless

Who built this little shack, windowless and lonely, on the edge of the forgotten woods? For what purpose did its maker intend, in days gone by when the wood was new and the paint shiny and fresh? We may not know, but we can still admire its tenacity as it stands, season after season, holding out against the outward creep of the forest.
